How is Ilmora priced?
Per campus. One subscription covers every module, every portal and every user at that campus — there is no per-student, per-teacher or per-module charge to work out.
Are any modules extra?
No. Admissions, attendance, fees, finance, payroll, exams, timetable, transport, hostel, library, discipline, communication, visitors, cards, inspections and the AI reporting are all included. A school should not have to guess which module it will need in March.
Do the mobile apps cost extra?
No. The parent, student, teacher, driver and staff apps are part of the subscription.
Is there a setup fee?
There can be, depending on how much data has to be migrated. It is quoted up front and never a surprise on an invoice — our team does the migration rather than handing you an import template.
What if we add a second campus?
It is a second subscription, enabled by our team so it is configured correctly. Consolidated reporting across campuses is included for owners.
Can we pay annually?
Yes, and it is cheaper. Talk to us — we will quote monthly and annual side by side.
