Privacy Policy

Ilmora provides school and institute management software to customers in Pakistan. This policy covers ilmora.cloud and the Ilmora platform.

When you visit this website, we are the data controller for the small amount of information you give us — your name, email, phone, city and institute when you request a demo, and basic analytics about the visit.

When your institute uses Ilmora, your institute is the controller of its students' and staff' data. We are the processor: we hold and process that data on your institute's instructions, and we do not decide what is collected or why.

From website visitors: name, email address, phone number, city, institute name and anything you write in a message, plus standard server logs and privacy-respecting analytics.

Inside the platform: whatever your institute records — student and guardian details, attendance, fees and payments, results, staff and payroll records, documents, and an audit trail of who did what.

• We do not sell personal data
• We do not use your institute's data to train AI models
• We do not pool one institute's data with another's
• We do not send email or SMS to your parents from an Ilmora address — your institute connects its own gateway and keeps its own sender identity

Data belongs to an institute and a campus, and that scoping is enforced both in the application and by database row-level security. Access is permission-gated per user, sensitive actions are written to an audit log, financial records are append-only, and production access by our staff is restricted and logged.

Website enquiries: up to 24 months from last contact. Platform data: for as long as your institute is a customer, and then per the deletion terms in your agreement. Some financial records are retained longer where Pakistani tax law requires it.

Write to help@ilmora.cloud to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask for it to be deleted. If the request concerns data inside a school's Ilmora account, we will direct you to that institute, because the data is theirs and the decision is theirs.

We use cookies that are necessary for the site and the platform to work — signing you in, keeping your session, remembering your theme. Analytics is aggregate and does not build an advertising profile of you.

We will post changes here and update the date above. Material changes to how we process customer data are notified to the institute directly.
