Exams & results

From setting the datesheet to printing report cards — including the parts most systems skip: which hall, which seat, who may sit, and who actually walked in.

What it does
  • Exams with subjects, max marks and per-section scheduling
  • Exam halls, sittings and seat allocation generated in roll order
  • Admit cards carrying hall and seat per subject
  • Eligibility rules scoped to a wing, program or section — with exemptions and overrides
  • Hall-door scanning that answers 'right room, right time', not just 'eligible'
  • Marks entry, OMR import, tabulation, grades and report cards
  • Quizzes from a question bank (Word / CSV import), set for exactly the students sitting them, marked by hand, from a photographed answer sheet, or online in the Student app
  • A quiz policy that weighs quizzes, assignments, mid-term and final into the result

Why this one is different

The door tells a lost student where to go

A student in the wrong hall is not misbehaving, they are lost. Scan them and the screen says 'Hall B, seat 14, starts 09:00' — not a red cross. An invigilator with two hundred people queueing cannot act on a refusal.

Reports this feeds

Every module writes into the Report Center, and Ask Ilmora can reach these in plain language — under your own permissions.
