How much does Ilmora cost?

You are billed per campus — one subscription per campus, not per portal, per student or per module. Every module is included in every plan. Talk to us and we will price it against your actual size.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes. Native Android apps for parents, students, teachers and drivers, plus Ilmora Connect for staff — alongside the full responsive web platform. iOS follows from the same codebase.

Is our data safe, and is it separate from other schools?

Every record belongs to a campus, and scoping is enforced twice — in the application and again by Postgres row-level security. Roles are granular, every sensitive action is written to an audit log, and money is append-only so history cannot be quietly rewritten.

Can you move our existing data across?

Yes. Our team imports students, staff, fee history and outstanding balances during onboarding, and Ilmora supports opening balances so you can adopt it mid-year without waiting for a session to end.

Does it work without internet?

The parts that need to. Teachers mark attendance offline, drivers record pick and drop offline, and invigilators can queue hall scans — all sending the time it actually happened, not the time the connection returned.

Do you work with madrasas and colleges, or only schools?

All three. Wings, programs and sessions are yours to define, so a madrasa, a school, a college and a training institute each model their own structure rather than bending to ours.

What about SMS and email — do we pay separately?

Your institute connects its own SMS and email gateway, so you keep your sender identity, your rates and your relationship with the provider. Nothing is sent from an Ilmora address on your behalf.
