Attendance

Teachers mark the classroom register. The gate captures NFC, biometric or QR punches independently. Ilmora reconciles the two, so a child marked present in class who never came through the gate is a question the system asks you, rather than one nobody notices.

What it does
  • Classroom register, markable offline and synced when signal returns
  • Gate, bus and exam-hall scanning — NFC, biometric, QR or typed
  • Automatic reconciliation between the two registers
  • Low-attendance and consecutive-absence alerts to guardians
  • Correction requests with an approval trail, instead of silent edits
  • Daily register lock, with a documented route to a correction
  • Student-wise subject matrix: photo, % per subject, overall, and exam eligibility per subject in red / amber / green
  • Optional lock: no lesson plan for the day, no register — with a reminder to the teacher the evening before
  • Teacher self check-in from the app inside a campus geofence, with a month view of first-in, last-out and hours

Why this one is different

Capture time, not upload time

A teacher marking a register on a phone with no signal sends when it actually happened. A queue replayed at 6pm records the 7:19am arrival as 7:19am. Systems that stamp the server clock quietly destroy the record they were built to keep.
