The Student, Parent and Teacher apps
What each app can do — and the web portal that mirrors it.
Each app has a web twin at the same address as the admin portal — /student, /parent, /teacher — with the same screens, so a phone that cannot install the app still works.
Timetable, homework with submission, results and quizzes (the app is the exam console for online quizzes), fees, syllabus and lessons, notices, attendance with Class Feedback (after a lesson, rate clarity, teaching and pace; where the gate is on, that class's mark stays hidden until feedback is given), Leave (Sick / Casual / Emergency / Other, with a medical certificate or letter attached), Complaints (category, priority, optional confidential), the ID card, search, and the QR scanner.
Everything about each child — attendance, results, homework, timetable, syllabus, exams, PTM booking, leave, transport, documents — plus fees and payment, consents, notices, events, complaints, chat with the school, and the QR scanner.
The Today board (periods, substitutions, check-in card), attendance (locked with a clear message when the day's lesson plan is missing), marks, quizzes, assignments, lesson coverage with Plan a lesson, tasks, leave, parent meetings, incident reports, the exam-hall door, the staff card, My attendance (check in / out and the month behind it), search and the QR scanner.
Students sign in with their student ID and password; the office prints credential slips from Students. Forgotten passwords reset by email, SMS or through the front office, whichever Configurations allows.
